Well having spent months converting my old renault to a camper van, there I am nearly finished (well to a usable state). Single passenger seat arrived today and my son fitted it for me having a real good day I thought.
I thought I would tidy up the van a bit swept out the sawdust, put the cushions in and went to close the side door and the blipping thing fell off! Luckily son managed to get it back on and we are able to close it but to replace the slide..guess what..the Kitchen has to come out!
Luckily it happened on the drive at home, if it had just been me in the van I would not have stood a chance of getting it back on (I never realised how heavy they were!). I wonder if the RAC would have come out and helped?
Going to York for three days on Friday, so it will be back door all the way!
