I couldn't believe my eyes.

Travelling along the A500 cheerily waving at all the MH's passing by, when a 22 plate Autotrail came towards us, I happily gave a wave of MH brotherhood.

And this is where the shocking thing happened. If I could, I would have gouged my eyes out and chopped off my waving hand with a rusty axe. What I saw was possibly the most repellent and hideous thing that I have ever witnessed, worserer than meeting Robmac in the flesh and certainly worserer than seeing the contents of Wully's cassette!
I can barely bring myself to describe what I saw and do please forgive me if what I am about to tell you causes you trauma or nightmares.

I can barely give voice or type such an abhorrent spectacle but here goes................what I saw was: the Autotrail was tugging a caravan. There, I have said it.

Some people have no standards or sense of decency whatsoever. Surely, they must have crossed to the dark side?

I saw one a while back - they tried reversing it resulting in what looked like an expensive modification to both the Moho and caravan

You would be surprised how many folk cannot reverse, should be mandatory in the driving test to do a half hr 10 point reverse in and out of cones, did you say a CARAVAN.

Well I have to admit to using my daughters caravan last week for a couple of days and have to say had a great time. Was having serious withdrawal systems since selling the motorhome so had to get away.
Having the car to get out and about and visiting places that I couldn’t access with a motorhome was a most pleasent experience. No arsing about putting stuff away, just lock the caravan door and jump in the car.
it’s given me something to seriously consider next year, c class, pvc or return to tugging ?????

I know where your coming from.
My mates got an R pod caravan with a wee slide out and I have to say it’s a cracking wee van. We’ve got a good car for towing and buying a one of those as opposed to another camper would make sense for us.
