Ok as promised my intro post.
I am Tes, I am Phil's wife, and as to yet have been quite quiet in the moderation of the site.
A few of you may have seen me online now and again. This is because I was sorting the spam out, so you don't have to see the many spam post that are posted daily.
I am friendly and approachable so if there is something you wish to discuss with me you can via PM or email. :D
Mostly I am here to keep an eye on Phil hehe!
I'm sure some of you will have questions for me, and I am happy to answer them, just post them here.

It's a bit hard to welcome you as you have been a member for many years:eek:. But any way welcome to your 'new' job. This is a great site and I for one hope it goes from strength to strength:D. Your job is going to be hard---sorting out the banter sometimes disguised as a personal 'dig':confused:. but I am sure your get to know who is just having a bit of banter as this makes the site much more interesting and a pleasure to log on it always bring's a smile to read the jokey insult's. as apposed to the blatent insult's:eek:---The very best of luck:D

If you can organise a better carer for AJ, you will have a lot less trouble. He keeps forgetting to take his tablets you see.:)

Its not us you need to worry about its the big lad,he is just trying to catch up with ***** with regards to postings,when he gets going there is no stopping him:p

TBH I wish those things wern't there, I don't care how many posts anyone makes and I don't want to know how many times they have been thanked, if those were hidden in the user profile that would suite me fine. :) I work all day on the puter so its easy for me to post alot of rubbish :D

What would be useful is to be able to have some way of agreeing with someone who posts a technical answer correctly. On the development forums I use people have the ability to become 'experts' which indicates that have correctly provided answers to questions, very useful for filtering out the bulsh!t :)

It gives you a tremendous amount of pride and personal satisfaction;):)
