2 or 3 good ones on mobile.de around 5 to 9 K €
1 cracker on brit fleabay..

The one in Newport, I saw on a site in Cornwall.
[I collect numbers  sad ain't it ]
I source and import Hymers for friends and this was one I'd made a note of..Item number: 110450774745

Mainly because of the pull out motorbike/scooter rack..
The person I'd got lined up declined because of one reason only>>
No power Steering .......
If you want I'll pm you some details of the German ones.Having bought 5 into the country in last 4 years I can tell you it's easy. Germans are ANAL on paperwork and you can get Transit plates @ €100 approx which give you months tax and basic insurance inclusive to drive it back :)
MOT [ don't fit new headlights, use blankers ] and UK insurance on vin number £85 + road tax 6 or 12 month at your local DVLA and you have new reg number, authorisation for number plates [always get 2 rears incase you want to tow ]
TaX DISC !!
You are then free to run around to your hearts content:D

Hey proff i am thinking of viewing one in Weymouth their is one on fleabay their also,do you know anything about it?

544

I don't know that one personally.
BUT I can give you some tips.
It's RHD which means it's only had MOT's not the much stricter TUV as in Germany.
60.000 miles [100.000kms] CAMBELT and TENSIONERS plus waterpump [for the £30 cost of pump it's worth changing if you are even slightly worried about leaking or play]

Got the useless drivers door [ wrong side]
Typing from personal experience as we have a Merc 660 rhd I wish we did not have the "drivers" door.
It's not a bargain @ £11,500...
I'd also query the MGW @ 2800kgs. most are either 3200 or 3500 kgs MGW especially the later ones 90/94
2800 ain't going to give you much payload :(

It does not say if its turboed?
If not it will be a bit of a slug loaded :(

Personally I think it's well overpriced only advantage [and thats debatable] is floor gearchange as against column on all the LHD up to 95 when it was moved to dash panel.
.....................................................................................................
I'd personally go for this one Turboed and 3500kgs gvw, gas tank and solar panel, still RHD as well>>
PLUS !! An OVEN !!!! a rarity and according to my missus, a must have :)

Item number: 250521911380

Too late I sold my very reliable '92 544 2 months ago. It was a 2.5td with PAS and a superb roll out awning-not a Fiamma. It had 95000 on the clock and had been everywhere from Greece to Germany,Spain to Scandanavia, Prague to Poole! Even though I now have a new van I will miss it. Have you tried Deepcar or Hambiltons?

100k miles is nothing on a comercial engine and chassis. I wouldn't let that deter you from buying an otherwise good example.

Deepcar doesn't have many in at the moment (I pass it twice a day!). I assume that the exchange rate isn't in there favour. Thats also the reason no Harley garages have second hand harleys!

Deepcar has an old Hymer on the front sold, a Hymer Tramp, sold the others are modern vans not Hymers. Although they do have a side bit, there might be some in there.
