When parking overnight how can i make shore its not a dogging site & if it is do i call the police .Never parked up off a site before hopefully my first stop over in the next couple of weeks

There'll be loads o people walking dogs.:lol-049:

I assume this is a serious question. I have stayed in many small carparks and I wonder if small is the best, you can't get many " doggers" in and I have not seen any activity of that type. If you suspect something I would just leave.

I have however been subject to a young man in a bright red sports car giving himself open air early morning "relief". I was very surprised and my first reaction was - gosh that's a big one. I kept a low profile in my van and drove off as I have been preparing to set off anyway. oh the joys of wild camping.

Doggers are just after getting their jollies and unlikely to bother you if you show them no interest. Stayed in a carpark unaware it was a popular dogging site, all I can say, it was very entertaining from behind my closed curtains:D There are also gay dogging sites, never stayed in one but I doubt you will get any trouble from them either. It is the boy racers and dick heads who are the ones I would be worried about, even then I wouldn't get the police involved, would just move on..

Call the police?? Theres always a spoilsport! Its much more entertaining to watch whats going on :lol-049: As long as they dont come knocking on the door, live and let live thats what I say ;)
If your bored and they dont knock on the door just flash your lights, you'll soon get some company :lol-053:

If it's quiet, it's likely to be as good for doggers as it is for your stay overnight. They arn't there to bother you, just ignore them.

Definitely no need to leave, and absolutely, without doubt, no need to call the police. We're always sharing spaces with other groups... Live and let live.

Shut your blinds, open the merlot and enjoy your night :)

As well as the banging doors, just the noise of the banging itself might keep you awake!

If you do come across this lewd behaviour I strongly advice you call officer wully and let him know exactly where you are he’ll need evidence so video as much as you can. In all my travels in a motorhome I’ve never been lucky enough to see this kinda thing

I stayed in a car park in Derbyshire which was very popular with doggers, certainly didn’t bother us. Next morning a National Park ranger told us we shouldn’t have stayed there as no overnigt parking allowed. Seems that they don’t mind dogging but a motorhome quietly parked and bothering noone is a problem.

Flash your lights and see what happens? :)

It is a signal to show you are interested.

The doggers code!

1. Make sure you are clean

‘A dirty appearance and smell is a turn-off, so if you plan on joining in with a couple, make yourself presentable’

IMAGE VIA
2. Flash those lights

‘If you want another couple to follow you to a more secluded spot then flash your headlights once and drive to where you want to be. If they are interested then they will follow.

‘If you want your audience to touch and interact with you then roll down your window or open the car doors.’

3. Interior lights

‘A flash of the interior light means they want to be watched.

‘A rolled down window is an invitation to get closer and maybe touch.

‘But make sure the couple is actually dogging; they may have just dropped the keys on the floorboard or need fresh air.’

4. Keep your distance until invited

‘Don’t join in unless the couple asks you to.’

5. Single guys beware

‘Be appreciative but respectful. “Get your t*** out” is not the way to behave.’

6. Know where you’re going

‘Use a database to find the action, but be warned, sometimes the fun doesn’t start on time’

Less rules than the Caravan Club at least!:goodluck::goodluck:

As said by Yorkslass they won’t bother you even if it is a dogging location. Live and let live.
