Yep I love Stews as well, I do almost the same when I’ve got Pigeon, Munkjac, Rabit Or Whatever BUT I put it in a Big Stainless Steel food flask, then in a Cool/Hot bag to Finnish off. But all the same principle matey.

I also cook Pasta & Spaghetti & even Hard Boil eggs in the Flask as well !.
