How do I update maps on to GPS system

Has anyone any ideas on how to update the maps on my Panasonic CN-GP50N Sat Nav, but can't find any instructions. I have been on Panasonic site, and emailed them, but need to get this done before next week.

I've posted this on a couple of other sites as well, so hope I get an answer.
