Can't see what towings got to do with it, it's the weight of the engine that's keeping it there, and anything loose that landed on the front seats

It looks like it just simply tripped up,
But I am guessing that as the driver didn’t show up until the day after, that maybe alcohol might have had an hand in it

This has been on many motorhome pages on Fakebook. Every one of the posts had a different story. It was nicked. It was alcohol. It was a downed cable that the van ran up (Backwards?) I think it is just an art installation! But whatever it was, it is a clever trick!
