We have just got back from a 5 week trip Holland Germany and Denmark. We were in Germany and went to a Stelplatz to empty the toilet and fill with water which was all Free if we wanted to stay the night it was 2 euros with electric, it was a nice place in the woods amd a nice town under a mile away. You could stay at this site for a year or go to 3 others in the area for wait for it.......................................132 euros a year about £100 and that includes water waste and electric I will tell you where when we have our pitch It had room for 30 vans and had about 5 living there all the time! I think I could manage 8 months because I dont like the cold but I would still pay the full price they can keep the change! The only thing that puts me off is the price of Diesel in Germany its like here at the moment 1euro.56 but I think It may cost more to stay here, Just got to talk Jane around first. Thanks Bob.
