been having trouble with hot water heater, first of low pressure to hot tap, so stripped top off water tank lid . found to be full of lime scale, cleaned and replaced rotten pipes with plastic pipe , these sit in hot water tank so do not come into contact with anything but hot water,so ok. then replaced seals . then found that the person who fitted the unit had connected the hot and cold water pipes the wrong way round . so cold water was pumped in at the top insted of the bottom of heater tank swoped them over. result red hot water and full pressure at hot taps now!!! the heater is a morco storage type one
