We've had the van three years now and have spent 59 nights wildcamping in it (which is nowhere near enough but we have to work occasionally). The best man has arranged ferry crossings between Holyhead and Dublin for the honeymoon so all I have do now is work out what to do in Ireland for six days in July! It will certainly be a surprise for the new wife. The itinerary will include a visit to Belfast so I'm in the process of working out a route and overnight stops between the two capitals.
I'm sure there's plenty of information on this site to research but I would also welcome any suggestions, hints, tips and avoidances from those with experience of traveling in Ireland and Northern Ireland, especially on the route between Dublin and Belfast. We like looking at historic buildings, castles and gardens if there are any tourist information officers out there!
