Hest Bank & Bolton-le-Sands

I put this question on the Morecambe thread yesterday but no replies,
it was said that there was overnight parking there, as it is/was going to be are first trip we went up yesterday to check it out, NO over night parking signs up all over, what do you think or have I missed somewhere?

There used to be a car park on Marine Drive, Hest Bank that was ok but not been for while so things may have changed.
