Help with couple of nights at dartmoor

Hello there,
Me and my hubby are of touring from the 28th December and we need some tips on either and cheap no frills gig friendly site in the rural areas of dartmoor or done wild camping spots with our Motorhome.

crumbs read the post and thought dont know of anywhere big enough to fit a gig in and was wondering where do they do gig racing on dartmoor lol sorry cant help you out look further down the forum you might find somewhere or just type it into search on this site

As a full member you can download the POI (Points of Interest) Wild Camping spots - just click on POI Downloads in the Site Navigation box at top right of the home page.

There are well over 3,000 places throughout England, Wales and Scotland - and plenty in the South West.

The Highwayman at Sourton on the Tavistock road off the A30 have always been kind to me..... Amazing little pub too. The pay and display carpark behind the library (well signposted) in Chagford. They charge only from 8.30 AM to 6 Pm and around the corner is another great pub...The Globe Hotel...Mary and Graham are mine hosts!

You're welcome Chris.....Have yet to finish compiling on to Google earth the list that I promised you....haven't forgotten, just hundreds to trawl through on the Landranger maps.
