Help with car charger for Samsung Galaxy S2 tablet?

I've set my Samsung tablet up as a satnav but can't seem to find a powerful enough car charger to keep the Samsung charging in the motorhome. I've tried three so far but the Samsung is still losing charge when I'm driving.

I've tried the Qualcomm 2.0, the Belkin 2.4amp and went to a Samsung shop yesterday to buy a Samsung car charger.

I know there is a lot of computation going on to pinpoint the navigation but how much power does it need? Can anyone recommend what charger will do the job please?

I used to use my s2 as a sat nav using copilot and I bought the dedicated car kit for the s2 Samsung Vehicle Dock Kit for Galaxy S II: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics never had a problem with my phone going flat still use the charger now on my s5 using copilot.
My lad now has the s2 and we have replaced the battery as it was not holding charge for very long maybe you need a new battery?
