Help VWt4 door

Just wondering if you clever chaps and chapetts can help. My sliding door that used to go whoosh bang, now sounds like a shaken drawer of cutlery.
Why are the little wheels making such a funny noise? I have sprayed with wd40 but no change.

They can get very gritty. have a look and see.
I am not sure if WD40 is a good idea as they also benefit from being greased (which attracts grit - vicious circle ).

I'd get a seat so you can look at the wheels and track in relative comfort and clean up the rolling area generally and then add a bit of lubrication to the rollers. maybe some Silicone/PTFE spray on it?
