Sorry If this is the wrong place.

http://www.whales.org - WE NEED YOUR HELP! On the 21st June the International Whaling Commission (IWC) meets in Agadir and will begin the process of voting on whether to lift the 24 year ban on commercial whaling. This will tear up one of the greatest conservation successes of all time. We hope to bring this critical vote to the public's attention and encourage as many people as possible to speak out by signing an online petition, here at http://www.whales.org

The aim of the protest is simple; to directly challenge the proposed lifting of the whaling ban and potentially save thousands of whales from being needlessly slaughtered in the future. Each e-protest will be sent directly to the most high profile supporters of removing the ban, including Barack Obama and the Prime Minister of New Zealand.

The central character in the film is played by Alice Dellal, it's narrated by Christopher Eccleston and goth-rock band The Horrors have provided the soundtrack.

PLEASE SIGN UP AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS. YOUR HELP IS VITAL! WDCS International

The best tender steak I ever ate was a whale steak in Norway.

Exactly, bloody hate Whales, mind you nice with dolphin sauce:D

shame to stop an old trade like whaling . makes good soap and perhaps women could go back to whale boned coursets , looked much better than tracky bottoms. be wanting us to stop eating babies next .ha ha

what has this got to do with motorhomes?

I think it's in "General" so it doesn't have to do with motorhomes!

Only when the last tree has died
and the last river been poisoned
and the last fish been caught
will we realise we cannot eat money

Well then Captain lets start a new thread:-

Best Grass Airstrips with pubs nearby!
Nothing finer than landing in a small grass strip and wandering down to a nearby pub for lunch!

My offering is Clutton Hill Airstrip with Hunters Rest Inn only a five minute walk from the strip.

Where do you suggest?

I'm pretty sure to start a new thread you do it elsewhere?

Hi Captain,

I thought all the nutters had been banned.

Looks like one sneaked under the fence.:D:D

My point is that this is noting to do with the concept of the Wildcamping for motorhomes forum.

My point is this kind of campaign on a suitable here.

Or should we all post non relevent threads?

Strictly speaking applecore, you are right. There is a `Travellers Rest`section on here which is for anything not related to motorhoming. That is where it should have been put.

I personally cannot see anything wrong with this type of post. Everyone has the option to ignore it. You may have had to look at it one time to find the content but after that, do not bother.

Erm ??????

Er um,Is this still for ' wildcamping for motorhomes' or is it diversifing because of the World crisis or anything else that should happen ?
I would say there's enough or hard enough to troll through the many threads and posts as it is,without stray threads ,what next ?or am i being a miserable old git,at 52 ?
