help needed with gear linkage

Hi folks have had my fiat ducato for 4 years, gears have always been a bit sloppy, but now in need of repair, easier to fix gears than replace knuckles or hand,lol
I can't get parts, so was wondering if anybody had any ideas?
Could do with o ring and prob bushes, ball things whatever.
Anything would be better than stirring porridge when its in gear.
It is the one with two rods on it, think they were trying to use as many parts as poss when they made these. If anyone can help please e-mail me, i have a pay pal account.

Send me your phone number, I have the O ring sizes and I have made some of the plastic top hat bushes that wear out in the linkage, I was going to Ebay them.
