DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET THE COVER OFF THESE DAMN LIGHTS TO GET TO BULBS,WANT TO CHANGE FOR LED,S.NEERLY RIPED ONE OFF ROOF TRYING

Hi

the small centre circle round the lens comes away.
use small screwdriver to lever it off it is a press fit.
there is a small indent to start it.this lets you into bulb

it is a poor design for bulb replacement.

do you know if you can get led replacements ror this size of builb.been trying cant find one this size

I have not physically had time to do this yet.

i ended up changing the whole fitting with l e d units, can be got from o'leary motorhomes. tony

we are still looking for suitable ones for changing.

if you go into "o'leary motorhomes" -lighting they are "inset l e d downlight"
@ 11.95 each. i bought a couple at a time. tony

If these were 2 pin halogens, you can find 2 pin LED's with the same shape as the halogens. Bought mine in ALDI discounter (don't know it is the same in the UK) - only 5€ for two. (altough I find the light a little blueish)

we have Aldis stores here OK never thought of trying them.
do they do a discount store as well as normal shops?
