Hi guys, theres an excellent municipal site at Leucate thats only 100 metres from the sea. Prices are really good too. Next to the site are two enormous aires(7 or 8 euros per nite) that are very well used by all nationalities, so they wouldnt feel exposed or on their own. The aire users use the showers and loos on the site, so they would only miss leccy.
If they want to go upmarket a bit Prairies de Mer,(I think) at Port Grimaud has its own beach, takes R,V,s or tents. Its near St Tropez, and is the most reasonable in that area with a beach. Good luck.......Bob
Hi folks, a friend of mine is going to the Med coast in France from August the 2nd and is having difficulties finding a site near the sea. He is reluctant to wild (wuss) as he has his bairnes with him. Can anyone suggest decent sites where motorhome size would not be an issue. Any suggestions would be gratefully received and the more info the better, cheers,
