HELP !!! Carver cascade 2 fan heater not working.

Hi. I am new to the caravaning life. We used the van a few times last year and really enjoyed it. I am getting the van ready and have found that the carver fan heater is not working. When I switch it on at the wall switch, the yellow light comes on but flashes very slow and the heater fails to work. Can anyone please help. I have looked on internet and it says that it is most likely a faulty switch. Any help is gratefully appreciated.:wave:
