Hello folks at Wild Camping.
I have just come across this site while trying to show an insurance agent the type of motorhome I own.
So in reply to....Does any else own a Spencer Royale?....Yes!
So this is my introductory thread and I would love to see more regarding the type of motorhome I own.

Morning, I do have a Spencer motorhome based on the Renault Dodge S56 1990, Bob Spencer built it to specification on the inside and it is 28 ft long. Its been in storage for 23 years but remarkably in good condition having only got 22,000 miles on the clock. After all those years I put new batteries in and checked it over and it started as if it was yesterday, good old Perkins. Will post more pictures when I finally clean the outside and get it ready for MOT.

If your refering to the box with the 4 digital meters, I built that myself along with all the other electrical system, generators 1kw and 5 kw rotary converter 12v to 240v ac and 1000 amp hrs of batteries. You may ask why, its because we wanted to be independant and used free camping and the farm sites. We have a domestic fridge freezer,a small washing machine and small tumble dryer + 80 gal of water and aircon. My intention is to upgade the batteries with lithium and have 3kw inverter in the near future.
