Hello All....

Just thought i'd say hello before scouring for info.

I completed a self build (Stealth) Merc 210D last summer and am hitting the road mid May for a few months in France, Spain and Portugal (no real plan as yet). We are looking to live as cheaply as possible mostly wild camping.

We are really feeling the cost of U.K. living having just returned from winter in India where we have been living on a daily budget equivalent to a Starbucks coffee and cake..! We are hoping to find some nice quiet spots where we can bed down for a couple of weeks at a time and live simply (if that's still possible in Europe...)

Hi Rich and Kate, a wealth of information here, I,m sure its possible to live as you want in France, theyre so much more laid back than uk and value the more important things that lifes about. Good luck.....Bob
