health insurance

SAGA? can't think of any more at present
If you have an existing condition you'll probably get quoted such a stupid amount that you won't bother
Having said that, I wouldn't want to just rely on an E111 in Greece
Whatever you get make sure that includes repatriation by Air Ambulence...

I couldn't say wether they were the best price on long term, but I'd certainly recomend The Caravan Club. They were very efficient. We didn't have to pay out a penny, not even for phone calls. They settled everything as we went along.

Don't the CC have a 0870 telephone number? Or do they have a Free phone number
The C&CC, bless their little cotton socks, have an 0870 and those are most certainly not free.

Try looking on http://www.saynoto0870.com/ and it does suggest using an alternative 0800 number

Good one Ian81 - that's a very useful link

Having said all that about E111's and Health Insurance. I would not like to be admitted into a Greek Hospital without good Insuarnce
And again, what's the first thing that an American Hospital wants to know? Have you got Blue Cross
Makes one quite glad for the NHS despite its many faillings

The number I used to ring C Club from Germany was certainly a free phone number.I rang a few times because I did not have a mobile for them to ring me,I definitely didn't pay for any calls.

Sorry! - at one time they only did insurance for people in Local Government. I'm told that they may have branched out a bit
