Hi everyone,

I've had some water leaking into my motorhome (Eldiss Autostratus) and need to replace the ceiling headliner.

Does anyone know where I can buy the material for it.

Also, is it better to have a vinyl-type material or is a fabric one better?

Thanks very much,

Ronnie

You could use some 4 way stretch lining it will be much cheaper and is easy to use as it is very forgiving
If you go 4 way stretch ....if you can go for the genuine Veltrim ....
It's a lot nicer to use

And make sure you buy decent spray glue

Practice with some offcuts first as once it's stuck ....
It's very stuck ....not difficult to use at all BUT it's easier IF you've practiced and got a feel for how it behaves .

Thanks very much for that - I've had a look at Veltrim there and it looks great 😃

Do you fit foam underneath it or does it go straight onto the underside of the roof?

In the past I've used it to line direct on metal
And on headlining forms ....

It's very forgiving ....

I guess if it is direct onto external panels it "might" absorb moisture .....

BUT I've never had an issue when lining over ribs etc
