Went to oldest daughters for a nice lunch and a couple of drinks. Home by 5 had a two hour nap shower then out to a really nice steak restaurant with No2 daughter spoiled today loads a nice presents and a big hug fae the granddaughter who can now say grandpa to top it off. Happy as a fart in a hurricane.

Fathers day card from my son, Marjorie cooked me a bacon butty with a runny yoke chucky, "Marjorie cant stand runny yokes" so twas a special butty.
Packed the van this afternoon ready to go to Dumfries tomorrow for a few days, nice little site at Laurieston near Castle Douglas.

Had a great day. Parents visited us for lunch then our two boys arrived and we had a nice bbq. Got a nice bottle of Red Wine Cask Jura, a T-shirt and a beer making kit which will go into the Ronco cupboard as I’m not a beer man and don’t have 40 500ml bottles. I’ll probably wrap it up and give it back to Hamish on his Birthday.

@1 Cup we got a double rainbow yesterday evening, one complete and very intense couloirs, the outer one had a bit missing at the top but colours nowhere near as strong and not really detected on phone. Magical though with rainbow one side of the van and sunset on the other

I made Rons card it was a trophy cup which said "Worlds Best Dad and Grandad" he was speechless and he liked it. Not perfect but made and sent with love
