Talking of cream. She sent me shopping. A mistake she may not make again.
I did know that there was (were?), three kinds of cream. Single, double and whipping.
Ahh, not so gentlemen. There is also somat called Sour Cream. What a load of nonsense. Who on earth would want sour cream on their trifle. I reckon it was another Lidl wind up.
Question. Should I put it on EBay, or in the bin?

Use it in a pasta sauce or chilli when you're sick to death of turkey.
Goes nice with American pancakes too apparently which we have as Christmas day breakfast.
Can't imagine it in a trifle

single is for pouring over cake or pie
double is for Irish coffee
whipping does what it says on the tin
clotted cream for scones
sour cream in the bin.
