Hanover to Amsterdam places to visit inspiration needed.

Just after abit of info on interesting places to stop of at along this route. I have noticed quite a few national parks on the map and will be looking to stop off for a couple of nights in a couple of places in a few weeks time. We kind of like scenic places when we go somewhere and would prefer to steer clear of really busy places. Any ideas?

Amsterdam

I would certainly avoid Amsterdam. It may be a beautiful city but we thought we had found the perfect little leafy side street for parking overnight only to find out we had been broken into when we got back from sightseeing . The surrounding campsites look very shabby and I wouldn't trust leaving your camper there either. Good luck and happy travels.
