Travelling back home from Llanfair Caereinion, on saturday, noticed a black BMW travelling in the opposite direction, and a young guy sat on the drivers door window bottom, body outside the car and feet on the drivers seat, doing at least 40mph, with all his mates in the next two cars.:eek:
How irresponsible can people get.
A Police patrol car was a few cars behind on the busy road, so hope he got caught and get's banned for life.
That must be the worst thing that I have ever seen on the road in some 40 odd years of driving.
 
If he keeps this up, he'll remain permanently young or, sadly, his victims will...

could have been me, but I was too drunk that day to remember where I went!!!!!:eek:
