I'm so proud!My lovely daughter has just givin me the best Christmas present ever! An 8lb grandson called Ollie :p He was born last night at 9 after a 17 hour labour,mum and baby doing fine :p:p

Merry Crimbo Ollie and Grandad and not forgetting Ollie's mum and dad, obviously :D

Congratulations to all, Our two Grandsons were born November and December 14 and 16 years ago so I know the feeling, Our Daughter in Law allowed us to take the boys with us in our Caravans and Motorhomes almost from birth onwards and we had super times, unfortuneatley now at the ages the boys { young men ] are going camping with Grand dad does not have the same appeal to them but we look back on all the photos and remember all the great times we had with them,Grandchildrem are lots of fun would have had them first had I known then..:):):)

I am just sat watching Cbeebies with my grandson after having a walk to the local shop and granny nearly falling twice on her backside and I was sober.
trying to persuade him to go into back garden to make a snow man but he says he is still cold after our snowball fight :D:D:D

All this to look forward to.
But they do have there uses like scraping the snow of the car :eek::eek:

Congrats to a very proud grandad not forgetting mum and dad - I bet this will be a Christmas you will never forget so ENJOY and remember to take and post some pics for the world to see. We will be with our children and grandchildren this Christmas, the first for many a year as they are spread far and wide but all together this year.

Congratulations! We know how you feel because our daughter presented us with an absolutely gorgeous granddaughter in September. You can tell how much she and our five year old grandson mean to us because we have forsaken the sun of the Mediterranean for the frost of Derbyshire to spend Christmas with them - now that IS dedication!!!! Merry Xmas to all.
