GPS Downloads from Camperstop onto my satnav

Calling all 'techies'.....I have purchased GPS downloads from Camperstop 2009. I have got the access codes, and links, but not for the life on me can I figure out how to get the info onto my Garmin Nuvi 250 Satnav. They are in compressed file format.
Can anyone please help !!

Hi, To Uncompress items you need to download Rarzilla or Izac or one of the other many free utilities. Then simply double click on your compressed file and it will uncompress.
Some require you to ask which file you want umcompressing, but either way it works.While we are on the subject of internet usage, its as well to download a free copy of File Hippo update checker just to make sure that all of your computer software is kept up to date. Hope this helps.
