This is possibly my last post before I'm off to the Scottish borders town of Peebles where my lads will be tackling the mountain bike trails of Glentress Forest:). If you're in the area keep an eye out for us:rolleyes:,We're in a white Ducato Compass Drifter With blue "Go faster stripes":). On Saturday I'll be on foot in Peebles tasting there wares:eek: and probably escorted by a massive hound, (answers to the name of Jack), and me:cool: well, I suppose I'm a bit of a Charlton Heston:eek: lookalike and you'll probably find me hanging around the charity shops or back street dives:eek::D.

Anyway if I dont see you, have a great weekend wherever you go;)

Hi there,

We drove upto the top at the forest, great views, ended up camping overnight at the bottom car park at the visitor centre with a couple of others, no problems.
I also loved all the charity shops in Peebles:), lots of them. We also had good fish and chips at the one on the road down by the side of Somerfield.

Have a great time, we should be up there sometime in July

Cheers off northward bound on Saturday and going up to Glentress and innerleithen so good to know you can stay in the woods.
