Giffgaff APN?

I took delivery of my new sim yesterday morning and have had no success at all in getting the APN settings to work on my Netgear MR2100 mobile router. I've tested the sim in a phone and it's working properly. Pity as I had hoped it was stuffed but no so on I trundle seeking the elusive magic combination of settings. NONE of the settings on the GG site work by the way so hopefully someone here will have success with it?? Not a phone please a router.

You could try putting it back in the phone and then take a look at the APN settings being used in the phone and try using them in the router

I did try a giffgaff SIM but it does not support WiFi calling so I just got an o2 SIM instead.

AFAIK giffgaff have had WiFi calling for some time now, although I don't know if they have the same problems as Vodafone with some phones being incompatible.

Hard reset the router and let it configure itself, this works for me in the netgear nighthawk

Not in my experience with various UK SIMs plus Réglo Mobile SIMs in France.
