Hi guys can anyone help me with this.i thought I'd ran out of gas with my 11k gasit tank but when I went to refill it only took 5ltr any input would be appreciated

Could be a faulty regulator
depending on your location autogas2000 thirsk are first class

We had the same problem, would only ever take 5 litres. Turned out to be a blocked Truma branded regulator with non-replacable filter, so new regulator.
Dirtly gas supply or rust from the bottle, but we've had no trouble since 2015 so we think just a dirty gas supply.

11kg of LPG is about 22 litres, so it wasn't even down to three quarters full. Perhaps your regulator is faulty?

Hi Geek it's happened again this evening while cooking so changed over to my smaller calor gas and its working fine!

Have you the facility to weigh your bottle? That’s the only true way to know how much is in the bottle? Did you call Charlie at Autogas?

Not yet after looking on line I think it's gunk in the pigtail and they are ready for renewal gas is coming out of refillable tank so put it back and its working again for now so will see what happens as I can't do much out here anyway

Did you refill again at the same pump as the last time you only got 5lts in. If so I would be trying elsewhere.

No. one top up uk and the other in Tavira will renew pigtails when we get back to UK thanks
