Could be several things, if it's a relatively recent motorhome with a 30mB regulator fixed to the wall of your gas locker it might be that the regulator is blocked, particularly if it is fixed lower down than the top of the gas bottle.Hi guys I can't get my gas to work, I have changed the bottle and all the isolators seem to be open;-( any suggestions

If you can describe your setup it might help diagnose the problem. Some systems have a main isolator valve which can be manual or electric
If it was me, I'd be checking how far the gas was getting in the system by loosening the pipe connections one at a time, starting at the gas bottle connection - but I wouldn't advise anyone else to do that!

It's said that the gunged up regulator problem is caused by plasticisers leaching out from flexible hoses (I'm not convinced myself) and that it shouldn't occur if the flexible connections run downhill from the regulator to the gas bottle. It's certainly worth checking whether gas is going through the regulator.Hi andy
this is the type we have , the regulator is higher than the bottle in the middle of them I did change the bottle so some crap my
at have got in
dunk
Ours is also a bulkhead fitted type but I have also got a spare
Expensive I know but peace of mind
All of the Autogas dealers that I recently contacted told me that in their opinion it was a myth and rubber hoses are good enough and no need to spend more on the stainless hoses.
They told me that it was poor gas supplied in the UK
Yes, we never (or at least very rarely) had any problems with the regulators on the boats. What we found was that the oily muck in the gas was going straight through the reg and collecting in the copper pipe where there was a dip in it. Sometimes enough in it to block the pipe completely.it seems a shame the rules changed .it was always easy to change a bottle top reg. becarefull you may have an habitation check lots do it but not many can check the gas very few have a certificate to do motor homes .certainly a corgi cant or couldnt and even having lpg on a gas safe doesnt cover m,homes .it is possible to get one but be warned .
i think the trouble is poor new regulators . you definately dont have the same trouble with the old ones and they use the same hoses.
strangely i have friends who work in the hydrolic industry and alot of theuir nylon stainless hose isnt supposed to be used on gas .it holds incredible pressures takes all kinds of fluids but the makers say not for lpg. it does work succesfully we found shhhhh. i use the old reg system much better.
