Gas it in spain

Morning all,

We have moved down to the coast to get a little more breeze,so as we have been using the Gas it refillable for two weeks and was getting worried about refilling the tank again i had a second go and it was easier this time. But i still get a slight blow back with the Spanish fitting,I think next time i will tighten it a bit more and maybe it will be OK.It only took two liters so it seems to be lasting well.

We have a gas it system, and always get a slight blow back at the end of filling. Most stations in Spain have an assistant on the pumps get them to fill it for you.

Hope you are having a great trip, we are of to the south of France next week for a month or so.

that has reminded me of this do you remember the problem you had at hereford with your gas bottle dave was it one of these meant to mention it to you but forgot and you had other thing going on at the time CalorLite® Recall

It was a leak on a bend in the copper pipe, this was when I decided to fit ONE gas it bottle, and must say I am very pleased with it.

Hope you are keeping as well as possible, things are getting a bit easier for us.

Do I presume that the gauge on gas it is are as good as the Gaslow ones?

Hi dave and mary,

The lady at the first gas station looked at it and said carry on or some thing like that in Spanish,and know i think i feel happier to do it my self.
And yes we are having a great trip and great weather but i am not allowed to put it up on site:cry::cry: you have a great trip also.
