Garmin sat nav problem *HELP*

Hello all.

Can anyone help cracked screen on my garmin nuvi 1310,
I have been quoted a stupid price to repair.

Sorry can't supply a repairer, however is it not covered on your house insurance, bearing in mind it cracked when you dropped it off your lap after loading some POI off the computer

What was the quoted price for repair, it may be cheaper to just buy a new Sat Nav. I paid around £70 for lifetime updates on my Garmin, but it's such a pain in the butt getting the updates I wish I'd just bought a new one every two years.

fofeg101, what problems do you experience, my updates appear to be downloaded quite easily, if you want raise a new thread, lets see if your issues can be sorted.
