If I thought people would vote for such a promise I would start a political party to do just that.

But after the expenses scandal, plus the banker bailouts and bonuses what do we find .... people are still prepared to vote for the old parties.

You simply can't help some people.

if and its a big IF everyone joined in it would bring this country to a standstill which is req'd to shake this government up!!!!

but when the lorry drivers blockade took place who really supported them? someone mentioned it'll all need to start from the tanker drivers down, who will support them???? a few???? don't forget they are on good money and won't be prepared to sacrifice that for a maybe supported protest!!!

as well as on face book i reckon WE should also form our group into a protest group imagine what 2/3,ooo campers could do!!!!
those of you in the truckin' game could also pass the word round to youre organisations/friends etc
co-ordinate with facebook supporters and away we go!!!

once the government realises we are not going to put up with their games anymore then we should have a level playing field for all other problems with the country that none of the parties will address!!!!!

....... and aviation gets off "scot free" !!....it`s always the motorist that pays through the nose...no matter what.:(

only thing is if you now protest or blockade fuel depots or stations then the police now have powers to arrest you and impound your vehicle plus your O licence will be removed and need to apply for new ones...this is 1 of the main reasons why trucks are no longer doing any fuel protests..also last time once the shops shelves ran dry then the public just gave up supporting them..
