Fridge problem

We only have a small 12v fridge which drains our battery very quickly. Looking to replace it with a 3 way but having a job finding one small enough to fit in the space (smaller than Dometic RM123). Any ideas?

There a kits available to put the compressor remote to the fridge, you build the custom sized fridge box.

Fitting a thermostat to the 12V fridge may also help if you cant buy a 3 way that fits.

When I used to tour on a motorcycle, we would buy blocks of dry ice and put them in an esky, they would last for about a week and kept the beer cold.

Thanks for reply. Our fridge does have a thermostat but just uses alot of battery power so a 3 way (gas) would be ideal for wilding.

Dry ice sounds interesting - where do you get that from?
