Worked neither on gas nor electric. Both working in terms of the heating. The pipe rising to the fins at the top is hot. According to dealer if there are no error codes in theory it should work. He suggested it could be a coolant circulation problem. Take a ride round to try and stir it up. Did so. Gas and elec heating still ok. Beginning to get a bit of cooling at back of freezer now and fins in fridge a tiny bit cooler. I’ll have to run it for a while now to see if the improvement is significant. The fridge is brand new as of a few months ago as they gave up and replaced the original one which never worked right. I imagine this would mean it’s covered by a new Thetford warranty from date of replacement?? If it doesn’t improve we’ll have to delay our departure, typically these problems always arise at weekend!
