FRIDAY 13th. WHAT IS YOUR SUPERSTITION?

The 13th of April has never been unlucky or worrisome for me. Take today ..... I have just got a new Wristwatch, 2 bottles of Brandy, a bottle of 'Monkey Shoulder' Scotch Whisky and a £10 note. :wacko:

To top it all off, that lovely Mr. Cameron and his friends have decided that from today, they are going to give me over £100 a week until I die. Isn't that nice.:cheers:
 
my nightmare as come home today:scared: it's the brother in laws 60th so we have to go to his birthday bash tonite :sad: true to form its at one of then £6.99 all you can eat buffy places !! will cost more to drive the 30mls each way then eatin local :rolleyes2: i hate family do's me :cool1: the things that woman makes me do :D

HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Unfortunately I've still got 4 years living off my fat before anyone will make a regular donation to my bank account.
 
I have never had a problem with Friday the 13th. Nothing has ever gone wrong and I have had no disast---%**(*))(q87 ****** bugger my computers just blown up.
 
To me just another day but interesting fact
in 2012 there are 3 Friday 13ths, in January, April and July. What’s more, they are exactly 13 weeks apart. This last happened in 1984 & won't happen again until 2040.

I haven't personally checked if this is correct but it was mentioned on The Wright stuff.

Friday 13th is just another day to me.

I take all superstitions with a large pinch of salt and have never had any problems, touch wood. :)

When I worked in the Pits, there was always a lot of absenteeism on the Friday afternoon shift.

On Friday 13th you barely had anyone to talk to. :raofl:

It was the perfect excuse for not turning in.

Just another day for me. If one is going to be superstitious, you may as well not get out of bed. You can probably make up some excuse due to the alignment of planets or some other spurious reasons that every day has something bad going for it!

Must be right - my daughter was 13 on Friday 13th in 1984! - She always says Friday 13th is her lucky day.

I don't really believe superstitions but I don't walk under ladders, thats more to do with i don't want the guy up it to drop anything on my head!:scared::)
 
just another day for me but i did have a fortune cookie last night that said "British Gas are going to give you a rebate" pfft, just my luck, i dont even buy for BG, its bloody N power :wacko:
