French train service

Having had the van repaired, we are planning to go down to Biot a place near Nice. WE are leaving this Friday for 3 weeks. After years of trying we have managed to get tickets for the Monaco GP. WE are gouing to take a week to get down to Biot and hopefully get the train to Monaco. Has anyone any experience of this, don't speak much French. Is it easy to understand the system. Apparently the trains stops outside the site we will be using. Any help much appreciated.

Hi, Have camped at Biot a few times and used the trains. They are easy to use and very punctual, my son went for the monaco GP a few years ago and managed fine. They left early though as the trains are extremely busy, both on way out and back, its a bit of a crush by all accounts. Not all trains stop at Biot though so get a timetable or your land up in Antibes. Had great times there and loved the area, jealous !
