Many of us use the free broadband at locations like McDonalds, this is provided by "The Cloud"

You can now download a free App that will work in Windows as well for all of their Hotspots. Very useful when out & about

Excuse me as I am a bit of a Luddite where computers are concerned.

The 'app for Windows', is that for a computer as opposed to a phone ?

I think it is designed for smartphones and tablets ie Devices which may not have a full keyboard.

When it says "windows" i think it means windows as running on a handheld device.

Works ok on my laptop running XP but wont work on my windows phone Samsung Omnia 7

Works on my laptop using Win7.

Haven't got a posh phone Waiting for my wife to get a better one then I recycle hers!! When I had posh phones they got dropped, squashed etc. Now I'm on recycled phones nothing bad happens to them.
