This is a great day as yesterday, was our first kilowatt day of the year 2023!
But battery now down to 28 % now its all upto 280watts panels to charge
No gas was harmed during this test. Lol

Thinking of my vans

electricity use !

280 watt panels = 2 x 100w + 80w max output while flat as pics, in solar history is 215w / 13amps today. . Nice but not enough as 12v kettle is 7amps and fridge is 4/5 amps. Both on all morning so nothing or very little is going in battery at 30% left from overnight useage.
215 watt is max not constant.

I'm now Looking at these panels x2 at 260w 24v flat, but I've got 100/30 solar will they play nicely together or what ?

So last day and another kilowatt ! Lovely. I See the amps gest upto 15 amps output into battery. But only 3amps into solar controller at 60 odd volts. From solar panels !.

So new panels I'm looking at input has to be 100 volts or 30 amps max. If bought Should I put them in line or sires ?.
So drove home now fully charged left fridge on to see what it uses over night on 1 bar !.

If you're having only those 2 new panels, either parallel of series is fine as far as the controller is concerned.
