Free insulation

If anyone doing a self build ,i have a enough to do a van ,size of a t4 left over, free if you can pick up from milton keynes.Not sure what it is called, but it is like air pockets covered one side with foil about 10 mm thick very good quality.

i think that might be the thermawrap stuff, if so it's what I used in my T2, I used my leftover bits to make cab blackout screens, and insulated the wooden shed too (we call the camper the "tin shed"). It's great stuff!
