It was the 6kg lightweight cylinder that was withdrawn AFAIU. I'm still using the standard 6kg but I confess haven't purchased one for several years but I'm sure I've seen them in the gas compounds at garages.
If it's the same as the one tool to be filled, they wouldn't do it.
Found this:
Calor discontinued the 6kg Calor Lite propane cylinder, originally launched in 2006 for caravanners to reduce nose weight, due to durability issues and frequent failures in safety tests. While some, often older, bottles remained in circulation, they were largely phased out by 2023. The standard 6kg Calor propane cylinder is the primary replacement. Key Details Regarding Calor Lite:
Issues: The bottles failed to prove as durable as traditional steel bottles and had issues with "de-denting".
Safety Recall: In 2014, a safety recall was issued for bottles manufactured between 2008 and 2011.
Replacement: The standard 6kg propane cylinder (red) is the recommended alternative, which uses the same screw-on regulator.
Features: The original Lite bottle was ~50% lighter than standard steel bottles and featured a Gas Trac gauge to show gas levels.
Alternatives:Flogas Gaslight bottles are often cited as a lightweight alternative.
You could always try it on Ebay Baz, some are advertised at silly money.
