France and Breathleizer

Hi, I was just talking to a friend of mine on the phone who tells me that on the news today that you have to have a Breathleizer again in France. We bought on elast time they said that it was coming into law but obviously that is out of date and then it didn't come to pass. We are leaving for France on Sunday, does anyone know if this is true?
