......on Ebay. I sold it to a WC member at a stupidly low price who then sold it a few weeks after for a handsome profit.:cautious: It is now being sold again at an unknown reserve. I am now torturing myself by 'Watching' it to see:
a. how much it goes for.
b. should I buy it back because I always regretted getting rid,
c. it is like poking your gum after a tooth extraction, it hurts but you keep doing it.

Best thing is to see how many days are left on the listing then ditch the laptop mobile phone etc and go into the hills until the listing in finished it is whats known as torture. I had the same when I sold my old Bedford CF mk1. I still poke myself in the eye once a month to remind myself what a D*** I was to sell it I miss the 45mph downhill with a wind behind me so much especially now I have this turbo Fiat thingy ma jiggy. I dont even have to keep my foot on the water pump to get a drink in this new one either and worst of all the bloody frost stays on the outside of this one my Bedford would allow me enough internal ice on the windows to keep my milk fresh for a week. Honest advice from me would be if it is niggling you that much and you have the funds BUY it back I would if I found my old girl again imagine if you do not thats what I would be doing. Ps I have made the whole matter worse I think :) :)

I`ve had done to me Ral with a so called mate  It will never ever happen again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He was allegedly " on his arse " so i sold him our car at a knock down price so at least he could get about and find work.

I found out later that within a month he sold it on for more than double what bought it off me for and fcuked off on holiday with the profit o_O

I traded in my last van, a three year old chausson 510.
I was pleasantly surprised what I was offered for it.
I monitored the dealers website waiting for it to be sold.
I was gobsmacked when it was only £1750 more than they had gave me.
And I am assuming they got the asking price.
But then they must have made a fortune on the new van, swings and roundabouts :(

The question is are you prepared to get rid of the van you are comfortable in, otherwise buying it back will leave it to just be left in its resting place not used providing you have somewhere to rest it or it will mean tax and insurance on top of the one you already pay for
Lots of us wish we hadn't sold this or that and think if only - stop torturing yourself - and like Blights says stay away from the advert
Remember the happy times

Thing is Lorraine, I have never been happy with the Bessa, it rattles, squeaks, bangs and this is being careful with stowing and wrapping things up. However, the big issue for me is the lack of garage. We do have the back box that drops onto a tow ball which is adequate for carrying the extra's but it compromises the traction, particularly when going up steep hills or when accelerating hard. I nearly 'lost' it in Scotland on a hairpin bend and once on a wet steep hill in the Lakes. The tow bar is very heavy duty, this alone adds weight to the rear, then there is the tow box frame, again very heavy and this is before anything is put in the box which tend to be 2x lightweight camping chairs, spare cassette, ramps, and not much else.
No, I am actively looking for a new MH with all the fun and frustration that entails. Quite liking the Burstner 680 and the Hobby 65 at the moment.

Trust no one! Even so called mates will stuff you given half a chance in my experience. Probably says a lot about my ex friends really....

1. You fell out of love with the Tumor... ( Predictive text.. maybe appropriate..), and sold it.
2. The member sold it on
3. The new owner wants rid of it, after a short ownership.
4. You don't know what has happened between 1. and 4.
5. Maybe there's something very wrong with it now?
6 Maybe you'd be buying a load of trouble..?
7. Relax, ignore it and count your blessings.
8. Put that ridiculous mankini away until next summer.

Not really interested in buying, it'll be like putting on a pair of dirty underpants - not that mine are anything but pristine and smelling of roses.
Even after a fortnight!

Can I have first dabs at your motorhome , at mates rates , plus pensioner discount , and a few grand of for cash ,subject to survey. (Honest Bazz)

[Honest Bazz] somehow those two words just don't look right together.

Anyway, it can be yours for the £33k we have been offered in part ex and because I am softy I will buy you half of shandy to seal the deal.

They do say you should never go back to something that you sold on because as they say you don’t know what’s happened to it since you owned it and the other oth owners have had it, keep looking for another
