Hi Herby I must have missed some of your posts but why are you selling the bus. I thought you liked him as it was not to big for you to drive and you could get to the girlie meets on your own. Has you have said now is not the best selling time, but you have your reasons.

Had a few calls Chris but I think its a really bad time to sell.
Rob not sure what we are doing yet .......I think it may well be a van with a mattress thrown in the back of it !!;)
Tom ...although its a lovely van we are struggling ..it's caused a divide :cry:

Sorry to hear that jac. I know you liked the bus so its sad he has to go. I hope you find a good solution soon and be back on the road again. Talking about a little van and mattress in the back that is exactly what Singer on Tour has. Adrian, Jo, and a big alsatian share it and they get about just fine. Anyway good luck for the future.

Decision made !!!!!!!

So I have broadened the selling on the van as I only had it advertised in one place, its now in several and even got a for sale sign in the window. Had a few genuine interests emails and calls but I think there is so much to choose from at the moment.
Anyway had a txt last night could I EMAIL this guy to let him know if the van was still for sale ??? why couldn't he ask me through txt ??? very insistant that I emailed though !!! weird.

so the decision is ..once this van is sold we will be on the look out for anything else that is suitable. I am not worried now if its an automatic as I am taking my test in a manual ...I was supposed to do it last year on my birthday but my plans were put on hold because I ended up having an operation.

This is my next challenge in life :lol-053: get my manual licence I have talked myself out of it for far too long :rolleyes2:

Its a pity you can't wait until next year jaq, you will get a lot more for it, i was thinking of going back to basics, but i will be living in my van through winter so basics is not good lol

I can only drive automatics so I know what a bind it is to have a new vehicle - they don't do many motorhomes in automatic which means I cannot go to ladies meet. Sorry you are having to part with your van though

I know Gina its a pain in the backside isn't it ??? .......
Got to do it next year ...I put it off for the last 18 years I think its time.
We are only selling because the van is too small ...I thought we could manage but we cant. Bit sad really because I do love it but the whole idea was for us to both enjoy it and at the moment that's not happening.
When I pass in a manual I will pick you up enroute for a ladies meet as long as you don't say you live right up in the Scottish mountains or something :lol-053:
