Thousands of Flying Ants have emerged from the Earth in my garden over the last hour, apparently they are Female and this is the time to mate, a mass orgy you may say, not all ,in fact only a few of them will be successful .once mated they loose their wings and search for somewhere to start the whole process off again,isn't Nature fabulous.Have a look at Google for the full Flying Ant Story.
