I think apart from my grandfather being a chef it was Keith who really gave me the urge to get involved with food and cooking, in fact looking back In one way I wish I had taken it up as a career but then I don't know if I would have enjoyed cooking as much as I do now as a pastime with no pressures etc ,to me cooking is a relaxing release something I love doing after a days graft, not sure I would enjoy it as much if doing it for a living
